Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to notify you of your order details and that your order has been shipped. Using your Order ID & Email Address you used for billing, you will be able to Track Your Order with us.

You may change your delivery address if your order has not yet been shipped. Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, it will be delivered to the address given by you. Please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need any further assistance.

Unfortunately, as our physical boutiques might not have the same management as this online bar, please perform your exchanges online so that we are better able to serve you. Please visit our Returns and Exchanges page to discover how easy it is to do a return with us.
We are pleased to inform you that you have 30 days from the shipped-out date to do any returns with us. Please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Name, your Email Address on record, and your Order ID for any inquiries and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
If you have a promotional code that you would like to use with an order, simply follow the instructions below and the discount will be applied:
- Add the items that you wish to order to your shopping bag.
- Hover your mouse over the BRIEFCASE icon and click on ‘View Briefcase’ (do not go directly to ‘checkout now’.)
- Now within the briefcase, you will then be able to add your unique discount code.
Proceed to checkout and the discount will be applied to the total of your order.
We apologise, The Shirt Bar Online do not accept boutique gift vouchers as a method of payment. Our Boutique gift vouchers are redeemable at our boutiques only. They are not accepted at our concessionaires or through other third-party retailers. We look forward to meeting you in person at one of our boutiques to offer you an enjoyable shopping experience with us.

Tailored Fit is slimmer than Classic Fit. Tailored Fit is our most fitted shirt while our Classic Fit is more generously cut in most areas with a slight taper.
